The
Reserve at Pueblo West Architectural Committee:
The
Reserve's Architectural Committee is the most important element
of the Reserve's Lot and Homeowners Association.
Basic covenant
requirements are:
- On-Site
construction
- Homes must be semi-
or full-custom designed
- Homes must be a
minimum of 2,000 square feet
- Homes must have
tile roofing, 40-year thick composition, raised rib metal
or other approved by Committee
- Homes
must include attached or detached 3 car garage with side, interior
side, or rear vehicle loading
- Owners option:
additional guest house
- Owners
option: up to five
horses permitted per 5-acre home site
- Landscaping
required to harmonize with community's streetscapes
- No
parcel cluttering permitted
- The
Reserve's own dedicated architectural committee protects
your investments with reasonable, upscale building and
use
covenants, backed by a strong lot/home owners' association
to ensure a high quality, tranquil and dignified community
of lasting and maximum value
