The Reserve's Lot and Homeowners Association:

  • The Reserve at Pueblo West Lot and Homeowners Association (HOA)is a non-profit corporation established on March 28, 2003 and recorded with the Colorado State Secretary of State pursuant to Section 7-122-102, Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.). The address of the initial principal office is c/o Naylor & Geisel PC, 1123 North Elizabeth Street, Pueblo, CO 81003.

  • All lot owners within The Reserve are required to be members of the HOA. Members must agree to abide by the Covenants and Construction requirements which are recorded with the Pueblo County Recorders Office,and are required to pay the annual dues, which are currently $180.00 per year. The annual dues are used to maintain and improve landscaping at the entryways and intersections, maintain any structures within the landscaped areas, other common areas, insurance, and covenant enforcements responsibilities.

  • The HOA has established The Reserve's Committee of Architecture whose principal responsibility is to review building plans to assure compliance with The Reserve's covenants and to guide lot owners and contractors through the review and approval process of Pueblo West Metropolitan District and Pueblo County.
