Vision Statement:

In 1996, the founders of The Reserve, decided to develop their one square mile, 640 acres of ranch land, 10 minutes north of Pueblo and 30 minutes south of Colorado Springs. They visited many successful communities along Colorado's Rocky Mountain Front Range. Their research focused on identifying the key elements shared by these upscale communities, and discovering why some communities survived the test of time, are still beautiful and vibrant, but others declined. In transforming this unique property where herds of magnificent buffalo once roamed, and where Apache, Kiowa, Ute and Comanche hunted, they wanted to make it a special place for special people.

Some of the key elements were obvious, and are yours at The Reserve: magnificent views, tranquility, neighbors who respect their neighbor's mountain views, clean air, security, nearby quality education, shopping and entertainment, and abundant employment opportunities in Pueblo and nearby Colorado Springs.

Finally, these pioneer community builders added the most critical element to their alchemy. Wisely, each family's home investment, indeed the entire community's investment, was insured by reasonable, fair, and strong protective covenants. The Reserve has its own Lot and Homeowners Association dedicated exclusively to the community, which when fully developed will be limited to no more than 111 select families.

At The Reserve, traditional elements of craftsmanship, permanence and investment-protection are combined.

A Refined Western Estate Community best describes this modern and exciting community along Colorado's fast growing Rocky Mountain Front Range.
